Hey everyone. Once again, I promised to keep updating you guys on my life and now it's been well over two months since my last post. I'm hoping now that I'm back in Columbus, I'll be able to keep tabs on you all better and I'll be able to fill you in on my life better. So, yes, I am back home. On Tuesday morning, I packed up my stuff in Beavercreek (Dayton), OH and moved back in with my 'rents in good ol' Grove City. I've yet to unpack because we are currently doing some renovations in the Chesser household. My room (my brother's old room) needs some work done on it before I can move in to it, and frankly, I don't feel like getting settled in my old room if I'll just be moving out of it. On Wednesday, me and a couple of my friends from WSU, who also got into OSU's PT program, went to OSU's campus to take care of a few things. We got our BuckIDs and parking passes along with checking out where our classes will be and buying our books and supplies. That was a nice $360 trip to campus. Cheaper than I expected though. Before class begins on Monday, June 18th, we have two chapters that have to be read out of our The Human Brain book for Neuro. I'm hoping to read each chapter twice before I start school. I have a feeling I'm going to be completely different at OSU. Since I actually need to know this stuff, I'll probably not have a life outside of it. Not much at least. Yesterady, I got to go shopping with my dad's credit card (Capital One, what's in your wallet...my dad's card, that's what). Always fun. I had to find a dress for graduation, which didn't happen. I'm just not a dress or skirt type of person. So I ended up at Express and I bought The Editor style bermuda dress shorts in a light gray color. Then I have a nice dressy, black tank top and black high heel shoes. It's very classy looking, but I guarantee I'll be one of the only girls, if not the only girl, not wearing a dress or skirt. Trendsetter. Tomorrow, June 9th, I will be graduating from Wright State University with the rest of the Class of 2007. The rest of the day will be spent partying it up with my friends from school and hoping that we have a good enough bond that we'll actually keep in touch. But I'm not getting my hopes up, things change, people change, whatever. Much celebration going on tomorrow, especially after the quarter we just finished with. Thank God we're done...for now. Then Sunday, me and some of my friends from work (on WSU's campus) are going to King's Island for the day. I haven't been there in like 10 years, so it should be a blast. I'll be sure to get on here and let you all know how that goes. A lot's been going on and a ton has been changing, so I'll let you know how that goes and everything. Glad to be back people and I hope to see some of you around when I'm not working my life away. Smiling ~ Britt [edit:] So I stand corrected. There were a ton of girls wearing pants at graduation...but my dress shorts were by far the cutest. And King's Island was a lot of fun. I will definitely go back sometime.
